30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 9

Easy Plan 1. 

No good improvements yet but I think it’s getting there. I just ate a 4 cheese pizza, potato wedges and shrimp pasta yesterday. Tsk. This is bad. I need to control myself. This is my struggle. 

I’m now going to work again for later. 

We didn’t go to my father’s grave even though it’s his birthday. I kept on thinking, is he really there? He’s in our hearts now. In our memories. I don’t wanna remember him weak. He’s a strong man. I know he’s guiding us. 

I know he also wants me to take care of my health. Of our health. I’m also dedicating this to him and to myself. I want him to know that I won’t let him down.

30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 6,7 & 8

Easy Plan 1.

3-in-1 as we call it.

As you can see, I’m not able to post for the past 2 days and I’m now going to post for today┬ábecause it’s the rest day. It’s good timing cause we need to visit our father’s grave. It’s his birthday today.

I’ll be absent for later’s shift for work. I have an important appointment that I need to attend to.

It’s going to be our anniversary in Feb 14. Haha. Sounds cheesy, right?

In any case, I have so much to think about and even money is another problem. So this free app is a big help since it’s free and I don’t need to pay anything. But I’m paying for other games like The Walking Dead… and Fran Bow. I’m enjoying it so that’s okay. It relieves stress.

Hey, it’s not too late to join me in this routine exercise! C’mon!

Easy Plan 1.

I did what I have to do. Whew.

Please App, don’t give up on me. Hahaha. Not yet.

I’m trying to make sure that this will be plain and simple. And understandable.

10 more months. Then I’m good to go.

Start planning today before regretting it tomorrow. And I don’t want to regret anymore.

There’s not enought time.

30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 4

Easy Plan 1. 

Haha. I’m actually surprised. There’s also a rest day? Aaww. Oh well, maybe it’s really necessary. It’s thursday. 

I just need to chill and stick to my diet. I ate 1 boiled egg (soft boiled) in the morning and 1 donut. Then 1 pack of biscuit this afternoon. I’m really not hungry… I don’t know why. It became a habit. But my body is not a miracle worke, so I still need to exercise, and take off this tummy! Haha. 

Usually, I don’t eat in the afternoon because I’m sleeping. My body clock requires me to sleep in the afternoon til evening since I’ve mentioned before that I’m in the graveyard shift. 11pm to be exact. 

If the app says to rest, then rest is my saviour today.

30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 3

Easy Plan 1. 

Whew. It’s not easy as it suppose to be. 

It’s getting harder and harder each day. And because of my condition, (girls will understand me), I can’t force to do the push up and plank. I replaced it with squats. 

I only ate spaghetti and pancit bihon this morning. Haha. No lunch for me. Again. 

I will put a picture of me, after 1 month so we will see if there’s a slight change… but I know it won’t. It’ll be within 3-4 months. Or so they say about 5-6 months for huge changes to happen. Haha. So excited. 

I don’t perspire much so that’s my challenge really. Whew. 

So guys, I need to rest. Laters!

30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 2

Easy Plan 1. 

Done with Day 2. I’m a girl so I can’t do the planking part yet. This is the time of the month so I’m frustrated and it hurts when I attempted to do the plank part. 

I have to get going. I’ve eaten fried fish with small amount of rice. I hope I won’t get hungry for lunch and I wish dinner won’t be tempting to eat. I guess I have to find out. 

I know this isn’t the hard part yet and I’m gonna wait for days to come to see if I can handle this. 

Thanks for your support guys, if there’s any. Haha. 

P.s. I need to stop eating the doughnuts in the fridge. Haha.

30 Day Fitness Challenge: Day 1

EASY PLAN 1. 

69 kg. This is my starting weight. 

Now, I have my target weight up to 60kg, as I go along, I need to hit 55kg then I’ll maintain it from there which is my original weight in the first place. 

For now, this is gonna be hard for me. For starters, I’m lazy. But I really want to wear a dress, I want to fit in to my rings again. I want to be healthy. I want to be fast and alert. 

This is my exercise mat. Haha. It’s blue underneath for men. I picked red on top, since it’s for girls hahaha. 

In order to be that person, I need to do this weight loss. It will boost my confidence, and my spirit. 

Please be with me in this journey. I have 10 months to go. 

This is my calendar on the 30 day fitness challenge. It is under Easy Plan 1 for full body workout. Day 1. 

Just finished Day 1. I feel exhausted already. I CAN’T DO THE 10 SECONDS PLANK. SO FRUSTRATING. I CAN DO IT BY 2-3 SECONDS. 

But I need to keep going. I need water! Haha. 

The most challenging part here is the food. 

Atleast half of the rice intake that I regularly eat needs to be taken care of. 

For breakfast, I’ve eaten 1 boiled egg and 1 chicken wing with no rice. So goodluck to my diet. 

I have a long way to go.
